Color Calibration
The artist uses a calibrated Apple Cinema Display, and your ordered prints will superbly match the bold, brilliant, saturated colors and rich contrast this particular monitor conveys.

Depending on how your monitor is calibrated and the system you are using, the cloud images you see on your screen may not match the prints you will receive; that is, the prints will be far more stunning than what you are viewing now, especially in the large format they are offered.

Cloudscapes more resemble impressionist paintings than photographs, lifting the viewer aloft into a surreal world of emotional and spiritual well-being.

Color Groups
Cloudscapes represent a large body of work that keeps expanding.

The images have been organized into favorites and dominant color categories to make it easy for a viewer to navigate through the gallery offerings. For instance, you might be interested in seeing popular choices, or have a favorite color, or might want to coordinate an image with a color scheme on your wall or in the overall space in which it will be displayed.

We invite you to review each Cloudscape category and observe the images slowly while you are relaxed and uninterrupted. Each is unique and offers its own magic. When an image calls to you, you will know it.

Also, the Gallery will rotate images from time to time as new work is introduced so we invite you to bookmark this site and check back regularly as you consider adding to your Cloudscapes collection.

Print Quality
All delivered images are fine art photography Giclees printed with the award-winning Epson Stylus Pro 9800 printer, archival 8-color Epson UltraChrome Pigment inks with 8-channel print head technology, and ColorByte’s ImagePrint RIP (Raster Image Processor) resulting in the highest gallery quality prints available today with color accuracy and saturation and tonality rendition that is nothing short of superb.

This technology also produces black and white prints with exacting fidelity, blacks are deep and whites are bright, and with unsurpassed dynamic range, the shadow areas hold detail never thought possible just a few years ago. These prints glow with richness and depth, now the standard of fine art black and white photographers worldwide.

Prints will last at least 100 years with proper care and handling.

The images you see in the Gallery are in compressed JPG format. However, we print the images from 16-bit TIFF files ensuring the highest tonal range and detail possible.

Since we employ the best technology available, these prints are rendered with breathtaking resolution, no matter how large.

Archival materials
Cloudscapes are available on two types of material, Epson Somerset Velvet Paper or Fredrix Artist Canvas. Black & White images are available only on Velvet.

As the name implies, Epson Somerset Velvet is a velvety 100% cotton, acid-free paper that renders a fine art photography image with stunning clarity and detail with a rich feel, each like an original piece of art. This print is delivered rolled in a high-quality tube, un-mounted and unframed thereby allowing you to select mounting and frame motifs according to personal taste.

Since 1868, Fredrix Artist Canvas has produced what artists consider the premier canvas in the world with unsurpassed quality and the broadest range of artist canvas available anywhere rendering fine art photography prints with the highest resolution and deep, rich colors and contrast, and a bold texture with a distinctive painterly quality.

After printing, each water resistant canvas is varnished ensuring durability of the image and adding further UV protection. Canvases are delivered rolled in a high-quality tube.

Generally, those of you who prefer framed art will choose Paper and those who like the look and feel of a stretched painting will choose Canvas.

Print Sizes
Listed printed sizes on either material represent the dimensions of the actual printed image, un-cropped, full-frame with a 2-inch white border allowing you the canvas option of stretching with a Museum or Gallery Wrap, or having the image matted in a frame whether it is canvas or Velvet.

The size of the print greatly enhances its emotional impact upon the viewer and this is why the smallest available print is in the 14" x 18" range, a size we selected for limited wall space.

However, we recommend the largest print your wall and budget can accommodate in order to elevate your experience with these cloud images to the highest level. We can print up to 40" x 60". Please contact us for special pricing.

Limited Editions
Marketed domestically and internationally, each original image will be limited to 250 issues and once reached, the image will no longer be available ensuring the uniqueness and value for the owner.

Each image is an original artist’s print, individually and carefully produced per order directly from the artist’s original work and printed under his supervision. On average, your prints will be shipped within a few days of ordering, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks delivery especially due to increasing demand.

Each image comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
